Photograph or type a recipe and Zonify converts it into Zone blocks (the 7g protein / 9g carb / 1.5g fat unit the Zone Diet is built on), then rescales it for each person eating, based on their own body composition and daily target. The same pot of chili becomes the right amount for everyone at the table, automatically.
