Every message you send picks an identity: your real self, or your pet. Same account, two voices, each bubble carrying its own face. Friendship, though, only ever happens between two real people. The pet can knock on the door. It can't move in.
zZuPer TALK — a pet that actually remembers
Your pet is an AI companion with long-term memory. Your conversations quietly distill into it: your exam week, your 3am moods, the drink you order when you're stressed. Send it a photo and it looks, then reacts in character. It stays pinned to the top of your inbox, and it is never anyone else's.
zZuPer ROAM — send your pet roaming
Hand your pet a note — a few words, a photo — and send it out on a 6-hour sprint or a 24-hour expedition. It carries that note across campus on its own: your university first, and nobody is ever dealt the same note twice. Strangers can leave one reply each. Call your pet back early and it banks the hours it didn't use. When the trip ends, you welcome it home.
zZuPer PULSE — your pets talk first
Drop a pulse — what you're up for right now — and you are matched with someone on your wavelength, campus first. Both AI pets, each carrying its human's memories, break the ice for you. The second a real human types, the agents bow out and it is just the two of you. The window lives three hours.
YOUR PET IS AN AI
Every reply your pet writes is generated by a large language model. It is not a person, it is not a therapist, and it is not a crisis line. We say this inside the app, and we are saying it here.
WHO CAN USE IT
zZuP! is for adults 18 and over, in the United States only. Your date of birth is checked when you sign up, and that check is enforced on our servers — not just in the app.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
No ads. No advertising SDK. No analytics SDK. We do not track which screens you visit, we do not collect your location, and we do not sell or share your personal information.
SAFETY
Report and block are available from inside the app — on a person, on a pet, or on a single message. Profiles, roaming notes and pulses are screened automatically before anyone else can see them. Private messages are not scanned, and our Privacy Notice explains exactly why.
