Meet the creator: Seven’s team is based in Malmö, Sweden. According to CEO Naim Cesur, the team is proud of the community that’s arisen through the app. “Every hour there’s a free live workout session where people from around the world train together and hype each other up, turning a seven-minute routine into something surprisingly social and motivating,” he says.
