When you have a lot of photos to edit, every click counts. Here are four ways Pixelmator Pro, a powerful yet affordable image editor, can shave a few precious seconds off your workflow.
1. Launch Pixelmator Pro from the Photos app
When you’re in the Photos app, start editing an image with Pixelmator Pro simply by clicking Edit With > Pixelmator in the Image menu. There’s no need to manually launch the app.
2. Create a new image from your Photos library
Working in Pixelmator Pro and want to quickly create a new image from your Photos library? There’s a shortcut for that: Option-Command-N.
3. Create a new image from your clipboard
Want a fast way to edit an image you’ve found on the web? Copy it to your clipboard, Control-click the Pixelmator icon in the Dock, then choose New From Clipboard. This also works with screenshots you’ve saved to your clipboard with Command-Control-Shift-4.
