Imagine the incredible adventures you’d have if you could control your dreams. Unless there was something else—something darker—lurking in those dream worlds with you.

Radiant One is a gripping short story in videogame form. You play as Daniel, a restless, unfulfilled young man who has trained himself to have lucid dreams. He finally cracks the secret—but gets much more than he bargained for.

Daniel dreams of escaping his mundane life.

Tapping on objects lets you explore both Daniel’s apartment and the strange, inescapable worlds of his dreams. Whether you’re in an office full of wired-up workers (creepy) or a desolate hallway with sinister shadows at the end (super-creepy), the game’s environments are like intricate, digital dioramas.

There are no tricky boss battles or frustrating platforming sequences; your reflexes will be tested only a handful of times. Radiant One immerses you in an atmospheric adventure about discovering the surprising source of Daniel’s fears.

Like most things in Radiant One, your home isn’t what it seems.

There are some spooky, unsettling moments (play with headphones on to experience the game’s masterful sound design, if you dare), but Radiant One also has something important to say about the things in life we take for granted. It’s short enough to finish in a single sitting but memorable enough to haunt your dreams.
