Nike Run Club is all about one thing: motivation. Whether you’re preparing for your first 5K or your ninth Boston Marathon, the app plans your workouts, tracks your progress, and encourages you every step of the way.

What we love: Having the app track multiple aspects of a run—including pace, distance, mile splits, elevation change, and heart rate—and seeing it all in beautiful, easy-to-read charts. Link your account to Apple Music to listen to your favorite playlists while Nike’s expert coaches talk you through a workout.

Quick tip: For an overview of your progress, head to the Activity tab, where you’ll find every run you’ve ever logged, as well as your personal records for longest run, fastest mile, fastest 5K, and more. Set up Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets to launch your workouts quickly and see key stats at a glance.
