Need some guidance in the weight room? Looking for quick workouts to do on the road? Aaptiv makes you feel like you always have a personal trainer by your side.

The fitness app offers more than 2,500 workouts with audio instructions by certified trainers, plus some 30 new routines each week.

You’ll find 20 workout categories, including strength training (everything from HIIT to weight lifting), treadmill and outdoor running, stair-climbing, and walking. And whether you’re a total beginner with your sights set on your first 5K or an experienced runner training for a marathon, Aaptiv has programs to get you race ready.

If you start one of Aaptiv’s multiweek programs (and are running iOS 12 or later), use Siri Shortcuts to help get into the next workout without having to open the app.

Just tap into a program such as Ease into Exercise and tap the ellipsis button in the upper right corner of your screen. Tap the Add Siri Shortcut button and you’ll be prompted to record a custom voice phrase. Trigger the action with “Hey Siri.”
