With iOS 15, the App Store is now your destination to discover all the amazing events happening in apps and games—from live sports to blockbuster movie premieres to exciting tournaments in must-play games.
Whether it’s a new season of PUBG Mobile, a live-streamed concert on TikTok, or the latest release on Disney+, the App Store makes it easier than ever to jump into the events you don’t want to miss.
You’ll find everything you need to know on the new event cards that appear throughout the App Store. Tapping “Open” on the card takes you straight to the event if you already have the app or game installed. (If you don’t, you can download it directly from the card.) Or tap anywhere on the card to learn more.
Want to be sure you don’t miss a big event? Just tap the notification icon to be alerted when the event starts. You can also share it with a friend or add it to your calendar.

If you’re looking for a specific event, head to the Search tab. Events are now listed in search results, making it easy to learn when the latest hit movie starts streaming or the next season of your favorite battle royale game kicks off.
