HOW TO

Stream the 2022 Winter Games

The Olympic Winter Games are upon us, and you can stream all the action with two apps: Peacock TV and NBC Sports. Here’s how to experience Beijing 2022!

Watch live or on demand

Stream the entire Olympic Winter Games—109 events across 15 sports in 16 days—in Peacock with a $4.99/month Premium subscription. Start with today’s opening ceremony, which streams live at 6:30 a.m. ET / 3:30 a.m. PT and again in prime time at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

The app’s 24-hour Olympic channels, which offer daily highlights and analysis, are available on the Peacock Free plan.

You can also watch replays in the NBC Sports app with authentication, which you can get from streaming-TV services such as DirecTV Stream, Hulu with Live TV, Sling, and YouTube TV.

Follow your favorites

Peacock TV makes it easy to stay up to date on specific events and athletes. Sort the app’s comprehensive Olympics tab by sport, date, or a featured athlete, including snowboarders Chloe Kim and Shaun White, figure skater Nathan Chen, and speed skater Erin Jackson.

Live Olympics coverage in Peacock TV also streams free—just keep in mind there’s a significant time difference between the U.S. and Beijing.

The platform also streams a number of original series: Olympic Show recaps all the day’s news from Beijing, Olympic Ice follows figure skating, and Top Highlights spotlights Team USA’s best moments. You can even stream Olympic-themed highlights from Saturday Night Live and NBC’s late-night shows.
