For a broad overview, head to the Activity tab, where you’ll find every run you’ve ever logged, as well as your PRs for longest run, fastest mile, and fastest 5K, among others.
Need an extra boost? Tap the Run tab for guided workouts that focus on everything from distance to speed to stress relief (the last with audio from the meditation app Headspace). On the Club tab, connect with and support your friends: Send them the sound of a cheering crowd as they run—or see how you stack up on the leaderboards.
