La verdad es que es una pena que la única manera de comunicarse con el servicio Apple es el soporte técnico de Apple que te ocupa espacio en el celular y ni siquiera funciona, descargue la aplicación para recibir ayuda ya que no pude comunicarme por ningún medio con Apple y cuando abro la aplicación no me carga absolutamente nada, la borre y volví a instalar diversas veces y aun así no funciona, le puse una estrella pero la verdad es que tampoco se merece esa cantidad de estrellas.
