Description
BuilderGo is a mobile app which is designed for Builders to connect with Vendors through real-time information. Builders which work with vendors using NEWSTAR enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is eligible to use BuilderGo. To get started login to your Builder Portal and click the link at the bottom of the page.
BuilderGo provides the following functionality:
• One account to connect a Builder to all the constellation vendors that they work with regardless of which ERP that builder uses
• View lists of daily, weekly and overdue schedule tasks
• View task details including notes, photos, related purchase orders and a Google map referencing the lot location
• View purchase orders and Warranty Tasks details with date approved
• View and download documents to your device
• Search for tasks and purchase orders
• Allows Builders to start and complete task
What’s New
Version 2024.16.0
The tasks' details will now be refreshed after performing a task action and returning to the Scheduling lot view.
Non-Scheduled Item Crafts will now open from WO Item Craft List View.
Special Characters like apostrophes will now be supported in Warranty walkthrough forms.
WO Item crafts added during a Walkthrough will now sync correctly on the item calendar and the wo item list view.
App Offline popup message will not appear for auto background sync and when user is conducting a walkthrough in offline mode.
"All rooms" option is added in the WO Search list under the Work order details crafts page so that users can navigate to all rooms (whole house) in single page and sort by deficiency item number or rooms is also added.
The Inspection Date field is now editable on an item craft, and also the issue of inspection date not synching to BuilderGo from OnLocation Warranty / NEWSTAR Enterprise is now fixed.
Issue of Voided Work Order items visible on Work Orde details page is now fixed.
