Background GPS Flight Tracking Bug Fixed, GForm Attachment thumbnail and memory improvements, Repeating sections now properly redraw when added/removed, Trimble GPS meta data addition, Validation error messages no longer include the form title prefix, Dropdown spinner behavior fixed, nad fixed a few app crash issues making this build more stable.

Fixed background and resume flight logic and added additional Trimble metadata.

Several bugs have been squashed in the pilot patrol module and we have added support for the latest high precision Trimble GPS units.
