Added a new rest timer during workouts, with quick presets, custom durations, and notifications when rest is over. Also includes timer UI improvements. Ongoing workouts are now more flexible too: you can reorder exercises during a session, add exercises on the fly, and remove them from the current workout without changing the original workout.
