Quickly add comments or notes to alerts or easily pull up transaction events, all without having to leave the store floor to find a computer. The Agilence app syncs automatically with the web app, so your team is always on the same page with the most up-to-date information.
The Agilence mobile app requires an Agilence login to use. Users will find familiar features included like:
· Get notified when new alerts have been generated in your Agilence environment.
· Add Notes and Alert Comments for all Mobile or Web users to view in real-time.
· Review transaction receipts to allow users to Close, Dismiss, or even Reopen alerts with confidence.
