Very unfair service
Lagging
Extreme lagging on iphone 12 and iphone 13 with both running ios 15. For 30-40 minutes it just says waiting for order to be accepted by the venue and yet when you call they say order is almost ready. And there is no time of order showing so you don't actually know how long you've been waiting.
Awful
Quality now lower than expected.
First they take order after 20-25 minutes operator will call and tells you to cancel the order because the selected restaurant is not responding. Too slow we are waiting 20-25 minutes for nothing. As well as, it happens now not just once in a 1000 situation but frequently.
They keep doing this at least 3 of 10 my orders. 33% service failure. Just unprofessional business
