Application features:

Tried out the MyTaxi app, and I have some feedback to share

One thing that bothered me was that the app only provided an approximate fare estimate instead of the exact amount. It would be more helpful if the app could show the precise fare, as there were instances where the initial estimate differed significantly from the final cost, causing a bit of inconvenience. I would appreciate more modernized navigation maps within the app. Overall, these improvements would enhance the user experience.
Something strange is going on with the service

Service becomes worse from day to dayFew times got such rude drivers. Once a driver charged me additional money twice as high as the price in the app. When I was telling that I will write a complaint, he said that he doesn’t care. Last three times I’ve been waiting for the cab, but cab was not arriving at all. Right now, I’m waiting for a cab for already eight minutes and he’s not here yet. (Initially app was showing three minutes to arrival.)

I have no idea what map you are using right now but it is such an inconvenient map. Try to compare experience in Yandex Go and in your app, your app is losing so much because the map is awful, some houses are not even being displayed on your map, numbers of houses too... I have no idea why you decided to use this awful custom map when you could use Yandex Map
