I can’t use nfc!!! Why???

But the app is good, especially after update!!!
NFC
NFC option payment does not work properly. I use iPhone and it's funny that on NFC machines at metro stations is written for Apple users only. Interestingly, I asked for the reason from one of the staff at Minor Metro Station, her response was rude and she was blaming me that my phone doesn't work. That was pretty stupid. I travel abroad and NFC abroad works without issue. Ignorance is not a fault but one should have etiquette.
I require from respective authorities to take action on this case.
History of trip payments
History of trip payments not saving, if ticket man ask evidence about payment I have to pay again. I really appreciate if you fix this bug
