Dark patterns in subscriptions cancellation
Qqqq12345liut
Good product, but unacceptable business practice. The subscription cancellation process is intentionally complicated to prevent users from unsubscribing. This is a manipulative dark pattern and is explicitly prohibited by recent store rules. No matter how good the app is, this kind of behavior destroys trust and devalues all the work done by the team.
Developer Response
Thanks for your feedback. Students have the option to pause, cancel, or modify their subscription anytime for added flexibility. Please reach out to our support team at support@preply.com for assistance with your account and billing inquiries.
