What is going on with sign in and sign up? Website keeps sending me to the app and app keeps sending me to website. The most difficult experience to enter netflix and watch favorite movie!!! I ended up deleting netflix and decided not to watch anything there
the sound track is missing

Before my vacation, I checked that the audio track in the language I needed was there and downloaded the series. On the fifth day of my vacation, the track disappeared from the downloaded episodes. A terrible set-up. What am I paying money for?
