The Breath Brake® App provides a Martial Arts-inspired and evidence-based meditation technique called the Breath Brake for you to use in your everyday life. Choose from a library of audio and video guided meditations delivered by our certified and trained Martial Arts Therapists.
This app is developed by Kids Kicking Cancer®, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps ease the pain of sick children.
Find your calm while thanking the children of Kids Kicking Cancer® through a library of thank you cards and pre-selected messages to show your gratitude for their inspiration of the Breath Brake.
