Fixed issue with REPL: you can now quit it! Before, the keyboard would cover the navigation buttons. Now a new close button or (quit), (exit), quit, or exit will do the trick. Corrected some details within the lessons. Added REPL command history (tap on an earlier command in the terminal) "Run in REPL" mode from within lessons. (help) command for information as you code.
