Changed lock screen to further differentiate between device lock screens and SOAP Notes' lock screen. **We will be dropping iOS 9 support in January. ** This affects the following devices: iPad 2 and 3 iPad Mini Gen 1 iPhone 4S iPod Touch Gen 5 In the update: Fixed logo position on PDF exports when text wasn't included in the header. PDF signature is now placed after text of note (before drawings). Should not be on a separate page as long as there is room to fit it. You can now clear a patient's birthday (Previously, once set, you had to keep one). Fixed a bug when editing a visit's time/date would display the wrong default appointment length. (the visit did save the correct default appointment length) Switching between images in visit drawings no longer switches the pen color back to red after every switch. Fixed a crash when exporting multiple files. (Would sometimes delete the temp files before they were sent to the external app/service.)

Changes: Slide to delete on patient list changed to be harder to accidentally show the button. Also added a confirmation dialogue when tapping delete. Added more alerts to help users when things go wrong. Also should handle multiple alerts at the same time better. Fixed a couple crashes.
