The MyAviron Companion app allows you to stay in touch with your Aviron experience and the community, wherever you are. It enables you to compare your current performance with previous sessions using the Comparison Chart, offering insights into your progress and improvements. With Apple Watch integration, you can connect your Aviron with your Apple Watch and seamlessly track your workouts in Apple Fitness. The app provides you with a detailed workout history and a calendar view of your workouts for easy visual tracking. You can also add friends with ease, see who’s online, and share your progress via social media, making your fitness journey more connected and social than ever.

Additionally, the app now supports third-party integrations, allowing you to connect MyAviron with Strava, Concept2, and Fitbit to synchronize your workout data seamlessly. You can also manage Structured Programs, viewing available options, registering for new ones, and checking out upcoming workouts to stay on track and motivated.
