• Services and features: You can make stop payments, request check copies and account statements, set up travel notifications, reorder checks, cancel debit cards, request auto letters, and much more.
• Push Notifications: Configure to start receiving push notifications through the Settings option.
• The quick actions feature makes it easy and faster to access frequent actions such as Transfers, Credit card payments, and branches and ATMs locator.
• Security: You can change your PIN, password, security question and answer, plus activate the Touch ID and Face ID features for added security.

I’ve been using the FirstBank app for a while and I’m very satisfied with the banking services. The app is reliable, easy to navigate, and helps me manage my finances efficiently.However, there are two important features that I believe are long overdue:• Dark Mode – Many users prefer dark mode, especially when using the app at night. It reduces eye strain and provides a more modern experience.• Virtual Cards – This has become a standard feature among many banks. Virtual cards offer greater security for online purchases, subscriptions, and international transactions.Adding these features would greatly improve the customer experience and help FirstBank stay competitive with other modern banking apps.
