Terrible experience. I wish someone had told me about the app charging fees per month - AND not allowing you to renew if your credit card resides outside of their “allowed” countries. They are quick to respond to queries but offers no solution at all - quoting repetitive irrelevant info to the issue at hand! Unless they can fix this and do so quickly, people should think twice before purchasing! Update: they refunded me when I returned the product - which is professional. So I increased the stars to 4, given that the stats they provide in the app are good and useful.

Sizing is important

The app is great and overall love the health insights. But I unfortunately got the wrong size — maybe it’s cause I lost weight, or was bloated when I tested the sizing kit. In any case, I think this might be a business flaw that Oura doesn’t allow a one-time size change unless it’s within 30 days of receiving the item. That only works if you got a size too tight. What about all the people who improve their lifestyle and lose weight over time?Anyway, I’m still within the 30-day period to return the item and I still want to continue w my monthly membership, but the return process is grueling especially if you buy from outside their major countries (I bought from Singapore) — dear Oura team I’m still waiting for your support team to respond to me fyi.
