I don't really recommend using this app
silapcsde
There are many teachers in this app. Preply website & app are both beautiful and easy to use. However the reason I don't recommend this app is you cannot reschedule if you have unexpected things. And also your teacher can't. That made us lose so much balance (lessons) and maybe some student they pay their teacher much money, but then maybe they got some emergency and they lost their money??? If you cancel and it's the same - you still lost your balance. I don't recommend this app until me and my tutor both can reschedule lessons anytime even if it already started.

Cannot get refund for lessons cancelled by tutor
Ii3747484
The refund policy makes no sense. The T&C does not protect its users in case that the lessons are cancelled not at the user's discretion and the users cannot get the refund in such case. The teacher got some family issues and had to cancel the lesson, which I believe is fine. However, I could not get the lesson as planned and I cannot get a refund either. The customer service team did a very poor job and the policy is not transparent!
Developer Response
We apologize for any confusion. Our refund policy allows for refund if no hours were used and the payment was made within the last 28 days. We also offer students the option to request a replacement tutor or reschedule missed lessons with the same tutor. For more details, please refer to our terms of service or contact us via live chat. Thank you!
Your journey, uninterrupted. Keep your app updated for the best experience.
