• The dashboard timer is now shown with multiple colours for break slabs. • Attendance summary added with breaks and productive hours. • User can add the attendance request with multiple punch in and punch out. • Attendance selfie images will show with new watermark texts. • Product's HSN number will show on order's PDF report from sales summary. • User can add the partial advance salary request with admin approval. • Now Admin has access to add and update the face of users. • User is now restricted from applying for the leave request for past dates. • Mobile number required on view details after the visits end. • New fields added with category by admin on Add Expense form screen. • The reporting person now holds the salary of their team members. • User can add multiple addresses and can select one while adding a Work From Home request. • Auto Expense category added in My Visits. • Penalties are now utilised with leave balances.

• Attendance Tracker - New Weekly Timesheet Tab is Now Available. • User can add a predefined leave reason. • OTP verification has been added while the user starts and ends the visit in MyVisits. • Expenses can be set up with a future date. Provide the limits in expenses by category-wise, like day, month, quarter, half year, and year. • User can mark on comment and receipt for expenses. (when it reaches certain limits) • Allow the employee to start & end the virtual meetings at out of range. • Last visit history to be displayed even if the order is not taken & add one more field of last visit remarks. • My leave balance list is now available with additional details. • Users can search the retailers by mobile number. • All product list images will now open with a full-screen image.

Reminder Feature • Notify employees five minutes before the shift punch-in and punch-out time. Attendance Management • Out-of-Location Punch: Display as "P - OD" in the attendance Timesheet. • Apply penalties: • Late In / Early Out: Applied only if shift hours are completed. • On every fourth day, generate a notification for pending attendance and leave to reduce workload on payroll day. • In the member application, during punch in/out: • Check for the work report first, followed by the face scan. • Home Screen Attendance shift details and show flat progress. • Hide show attendance hours on Home Screen and Time sheet by 'hide working hours' flag. • Travel mode save default selection and include compass features in location screen. Leave Management • Employee can be able to apply multiple leaves for same day with the different leave type with the sum of 1 full-day leave. • If an employee does not have sufficient balance for a specific leave type: • Disable the option to apply for that leave. • Allow employees to apply for Leave Without Pay (LWP) as an alternative. • Leaves (Admin view): • For Pending Leave: added a multiple selection for approving or rejecting leaves • For Auto Leave: added a multiple selection for deleting auto leaves • Short Leaves: To be calculated according to flexible timings.
