Không nên đặt hàng qua app này vì không theo dõi được tiến độ đơn hàng.
Giao hàng rất trễ. Đồ ăn rất nguội.
Không có contact để liên hệ, khách hàng bị động không biết tình trạng đơn hàng bao giờ được giao, gọi điện đến cửa hàng không được.
Kiểm soát kém
Tôi đặt từ trưa hẹn 7h tối giao, đến 7h15 mới thông báo huỷ. Nhỡ hết bữa ăn
