Description
Vinasun Taxi is the official mobile application provided by Vinasun Corporation. In addition to the traditional ways, Vinasun Taxi mobile application gives customers a new way to book Vinasun taxis from smartphones.
Key features:
(1) allow customers to book taxis in advance.
(2) assign the nearest available taxi with detailed information about the car, the driver as well as the expected picking time. Customers could make direct phone call to the driver.
(3) allow customers to know and store his/her trip cost in the application thanks to the synchronization with the taxi meter.
(4) provide the distance and cost estimation if the departure and destination are provided.
(5) customers could cancel the booking without being charged.
(6) allow customers to find past trips and related information from the history list.

Book xong, tài xế đt hỏi khách đi đâu? (bó tay) sau khi trả lời điểm đến thì lại bảo ko tiện đường xe đang đi về nên tài xế tự huỷ. Màn hình báo là “Tài xế không tìm thấy khách” 😂
Complain ab the App vinasun and driver
Ứng dụng chỉ ước lượng giá với khu vực các tỉnh. Chỉ chốt giá đối với khi vực hồ chí minh. Đó là giải thích từ tổng đài
Nên khi mình ở bình dương đặt taxi qua app thì báo phí 580.000. (Từ vsip 2 đến Zen plaza quận 1) Sau khi lên xe thì tài xế bấm đồng hồ va mình phải thanh toán 675.000. Trong khi đó mình call tài xế qua app.
Driver Vina sun gian lận trong việc khách đi có 50k nhưng lại viết trên taxi voucher 500k.(Cứ nghĩ khách người nước ngoài nên muốn ghi sao cung đc) Thật đáng buồn
App quá tệ
App kì cục đặt xe 10 lần thất bại đủ 10 tài xế hủy chuyến trong khi Grab bắt phát 1 là dính,xoá mẹ cho rồi để lại nặng máy
