With origins from the South of Thailand, Ekachai began his career almost 25 years ago travelling from Dubai, Kuwait, to Manchester. Bringing his wealth of culinary knowledge and experience to Didsbury, his motto is a timeless adage; “food cooked with love”. Our vision is to create authentic Thai dishes from recipes created within the 2Nakhon family, honing in on legacy and providing a memorable dining experience. Unlike anywhere in the United Kingdom, our head chef aims to introduce new and exciting dishes for guests, reflective of his culinary style.
