GuardsPro Guard App is intuitive mobile app for security guard which is part of GuardsPro Physical Security Platform. It is designed to streamline security operations at every level of private patrol company. Security guards can use GuardsPro Guard App to submit reports, log hours using time clock, access their schedule, create pass-downs, confirm post orders, communicate with their security team and much more.
GuardsPro Guard App allows the security guards to provide excellent security guard services and guard their post sites effectively. It gives security guards the right tools they need to do the job right, while increasing guard's performance. GuardsPro Guard App allows security guards to confirm shifts, swap shifts, view time log, view their payroll, work closely with other security guards to submit reports, and communicate effectively.

We are committed to actively listening to your feedback and making continuous improvements to GuardsPro. In this latest release, we are excited to introduce several enhancements:
Site Tour Tag Scan: The Tour Tag Note screen now supports custom forms! Admins can configure tag-specific fields via the BOD, and guards will see those custom inputs while scanning tags. Tour tag scan note enforcement is now configurable per tour. Tours requiring multiple media uploads after tag scan are now supported, as defined in tour settings.
Company Policy Acknowledgement: Enforce policy compliance! If enabled for a guard, they must acknowledge your company's policies before accessing the app.
Report Media Uploads: Guards can now directly attach media files (images, audio, and video) within the Create Report form if the option is enabled via the BOD. All attached media is displayed within the form for easy access and review.
Fall Detection Alerts: Device/Guard fall detection is now supported! If a fall is detected, alerts are sent to the BOD and all other checked-in guards at the same post site.
Task Creation by Guards: Based on settings from the BOD, guards can now create tasks for themselves directly within the app.
Visitor Label Field: While adding a visitor, guards can now select a predefined label or create a new one using the new Label field.
Parking Manager Label Field: When adding a parking manager contact, guards can now select a predefined label or create a new one using the Label field.
Parking Manager License Plate Scan: Guards can now search for a vehicle in the parking manager list by scanning its license plate using the device camera.
Guard Profile : Guards can now add an Emergency Contact Relationship to their profile.
Guard Reminder : While adding a guard reminder, a new Repeat Reminder option has been added.

We have taken the feedback from you and made significant improvements in the GuardsPro 7.0 guard mobile app. Besides improving the performance of the app, we have completely redesigned the interface to improve user experience. We have also improved many features and added many more new ones.
Scheduling: Since scheduling is one of the main features of GuardPro, we are making it easy for guards to view and manage their schedule. Now guards can set the ability to set work availability, review payroll, and add notes in payroll reports.
Messenger: We have made it easier for the entire security team to communicate with each other. Guards now have the ability to access the messenger in the main menu instead of accessing it within the post site menu.
Activity: This new feature enables the guards to find out the latest activities within the system and post sites. Guards are quickly notified of any changes concerning them within in-app notifications, push notifications and sms. Guards can get the latest activity related to the post-site post orders, reports submitted by the team, check-in/outs, site tours and so much more.
Virtual Tours: With virtual tour tags we have introduced a new way of patrolling and patrol monitoring. Using this feature the security guards can now start conducting virtual tours in the predefined radius using the GuardsPro mobile app.
Post Orders: Post orders are a crucial way to ensure security guards know their duties during their shift. With the new GuardsPro update you can force your guards to acknowledge them and make sure they know what they have to do on a post-site. You can also now create individual post orders for your security guards.
Reports: All your security guards now have the ability to view reports, add notes and even save reports as drafts with this new update. Most importantly, they can now submit their reports while the site tours are still in progress. The updated guard setting further enables them to email reports on the spot and hassle-free.
Help Center: The security guards can now access an improved version of GuardsPro help center with more detailed articles to go through right on their mobile patrol app.
Support Tickets: Security guards while using GuardsPro mobile app might face issues that require our assistance, we fully understand that. To mitigate it, we’ve included support tickets that guards can generate anytime to get in touch with us.
We have also fixed bugs and other improvements.
