PWEditor Next is a powerful text and code editor that lets you directly edit files stored across multiple storage services. It supports Local Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, and FTP. HTML, Markdown, Mermaid, AsciiDoc, and PlantUML files can be edited while checking a real-time preview in Split View. HTML previews for Local Files and iCloud Drive can also load CSS files, image files, and JavaScript files referenced using relative paths. PWEditor Next also supports summarization, rewriting, and translation using Apple Intelligence. Based on the previous PWEditor app, it has been redesigned for modern iOS and iPadOS environments. ■ REAL-TIME PREVIEW IN SPLIT VIEW Edit a file in one pane while checking its preview in the other. Supported file types: ・Markdown ・Mermaid ・AsciiDoc ・HTML ・PlantUML Edits are reflected in the preview in real time, even before saving. This feature is available on iPhone and iPad and is especially useful on larger iPad screens. ■ HTML PREVIEW HTML previews for Local Files and iCloud Drive can load the following files using relative paths: ・CSS files ・Image files ・JavaScript files This feature is available in previews opened from the file list, the editor, and Split View. Changes to the HTML file are reflected before saving. Changes to separate CSS or JavaScript files are reflected after those files are saved. ■ AI FEATURES Summarize, rewrite, and translate text using Apple Intelligence.
