Congenital Calculator is a professional cardiac hemodynamic calculator designed for pediatric cardiologists and congenital heart disease specialists. Built on the Fick principle, it calculates pulmonary and systemic blood flow, vascular resistance, and shunt fractions during cardiac catheterization procedures. Key features: • Qp, Qs, QeP and Qp:Qs ratio — all indexed to body surface area • PVR, PVRi, SVR, SVRi — pulmonary and systemic vascular resistance • Mixed venous saturation using SVC and IVC • LaFarge & Miettinen VO₂ estimation with log₁₀ and −20% variant • 8-point saturation step-up warning for shunt detection • Full PDF report generation with patient data and results • O₂ content calculation including dissolved oxygen (pO₂ × 0.003) For use by qualified healthcare professionals only.
