Steady Scale is a weight tracking app for anyone who wants to lose weight, gain it, or simply stay where they are.
Set your plan
• Choose a tracking mode, then set a goal, a pace, and a weekly check-in day. The app shows BMI context and recommended weekly rates to help you choose a goal and pace you can sustain. You can always adjust your plan as you learn what works for your body.
See your progress weekly
• Each week, the app sets a target based on your plan and shows whether your trend is ahead, on pace, or behind, so you can spot changes early and adjust as you go.
See when you'll reach your goal
• From your plan and current trend, the app also projects forward all the way to your goal, so you can see when you'll get there.
Monitor mode
• No goal? Monitor mode keeps you aware of your trend against a reference weight. No weekly targets. Just awareness.
Log as often as you like
• Log once a day or five times a day. The app averages each day into a single value, so one high reading never defines your day. A 14-day trend line shows the signal beneath the noise, with your raw readings and daily averages visible alongside it.
No black box
• The Help pages explain how everything works, from reading the chart to understanding daily weight fluctuations.
Private by design
• Everything stays on your device and your iCloud. Your data is yours, and you can export it anytime. No account. No server. No ads. No gamification. Just the signal.

Steady Scale offers a 7-day free trial, then an auto-renewable subscription for full access: $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
