The app offers a suite of services in Ren Ecosystem to promote workforce engagement, collaboration and communication. The app also taps the rich deep human capital empowerment in flexHR and puts the zing of simple, speedy and capable mobile computing in your palm:
• Dashboard: Highlights key Ren Ecosystem information and gives graphical summaries of key HR items for your attention and action in one place.
• Since your last login: Tracks actions taken since your last login to the app.
• Action-pending items: Summarises items waiting for actions.
• Simple easy submission: Just key-in minimal details, snap a photo of supporting document and Go! (submit it).
• Snap & go: Snaps and keeps a photo of supporting document for later submission.
• Search: Allows quick and easy search for any HR documents.
• Team listing: Gives a quick view of your team members and allows you to look up their profile.
• HR information summary: Drills down and presents chart view of HR information, e.g. claims and leave utilization.

Version 10.1.0
This version contains this improvement:
• A clock reminder helps you remember to clock in and out for regular workdays and overtime hours.
• You can crop images, view full image, and add descriptions when attaching images for claims or leave.
• The claim details page displays each attachment's filename and description.
• The attendance calendar now has two modes: personal and team. You can view your own and your team’s attendance and shift records, and click on a shift record to see shift details.
• With the latest v8, we support cost contributions. Two new fields, Cost Charge" and "Distributed Amount" shown on the "Claim Detail" page.
Some bugs were also zapped along the way.
