IntervalTimer - Train On Your Terms IntervalTimer is a clean, customizable interval timer built for workouts, focus sessions, and recovery breaks. Set your work duration, rest duration, and number of sets , then let the app keep you on pace with audio cues and a visual progress indicator. Your data stays on your device. IntervalTimer collects no personal data and has no account system. Everything - your workout history, body metrics, timer configurations, and intentions - is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing leaves your phone. There are no servers, no cloud sync, no analytics pipelines, and no third-party SDKs tracking your behavior. The optional body metrics (weight, height, sex) you enter for calorie estimates are saved only in your device's local storage via UserDefaults. They are never transmitted, never shared, and never used for any purpose beyond the in-app calorie calculation you see on screen. What's New New Onboarding Experience Getting started feels completely new. A sleek, Typeform-style setup flow guides you through your profile in 6 steps, choose your biological sex, set your height and weight (metric or imperial), and optionally add a name for a personalized greeting. Every step is swipeable, animated, and capped off with a confetti burst on the All Set screen. System Appearance Support The Dark Mode toggle in Settings has been replaced with a three-way Color Scheme picker: System, Light, and Dark. System follows your iPhone's display settings automatically, so the app always matches your device. Stability Fix Resolved a screen flicker that occurred in Settings after returning from a background session. The app's color scheme is now controlled from a single place, eliminating the visual conflict that caused the blink.
