Personalization means that the content is tailored specifically to your needs. The library gives you the opportunity to continuously improve your mental health in your work and private life from over 40 topics from the Mind, Body & Soul area.
Our courses and exercises have been created by psychologists and experts and will get you to your goal, whether you are in the bus, in the office or at home.
What is Mindance?
Mindance is a start-up that was originally founded in 2017 and is now part of the pioneer and largest work-life balance provider in Germany for 30 years, the pme Familienservice Group.
