Version 2024.1

This version adds a few minor bug fixes and layout improvements as well as:
- three interactive home screen widgets, including an awesome dashboard,
- syncing via CloudKit (finally!),
- better refreshing of widgets,
- and, the ability to share your lifetime statistics for your anticoagulant.
