Ratings and Reviews
Very Useless and Disappointing
This medical aid is probably one of the worst when it comes to client care. Not only are their services very limited basically you have to pay from your own pocket for majority of medical services but when you require help from them for something as simple as resetting log in details of their app, they take their time. I requested help with my app more than 5 months ago and till this day, the app is still not working and I cannot access it.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very unhelpful
I’ve downloaded, Installed and Uninstalled the App more than 10 times already on my phone but the screen is just blank can’t register nor log in.
User friendly with many features
Great app! I can log my claims, request for a call back and view my plan details.
