This app is not even functional. Every time I press onto dental plan, it logs me out. Surely someone is supposed to be in charge of making sure this application works seamlessly for its users. I was advised by an Affinity call agent to download it. It hasn’t ever worked. Such a useless app!

I have been trying since i applied for affinity cover and i still cant seem to get access to the app .It stated that i am putting invalid details yet it is the correct details ,its been 2 years and the same story.
