Labs NHLS barcode scanner and assistant. Labs is the easiest way to access LabTrak results from the NHLS. Labs incorporates a one click scanner to save you time whenever you check results. Labs consolidates past patients results into a concise table to facilitate viewing result trends. Labs keeps a History of recently searched results so you can easily revisit results pages. Labs allows you to find your patient based on location, age, doctor or demographic. Login using your LabTrack details and never get logged out. We want to reassure you that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. Please be aware that we do not retain or have any access to your personal information or NHLS data. Your login credentials and password are securely stored only on your own device, ensuring that no one else can use or access them and are deleted from the device by simply deleting the app. Our app functions as a convenient gateway to access your NHLS account, much like a web browser, and it is designed with your convenience and security in mind. It's so refreshing to see an app in this genre that is free to use. A lot of us want the best for our state patients but the high subscription rates on other apps is a problem. The functionality is excellent. Kudos!!!

Forced to pay for a premium tier and still have to see ads

When I downloaded this app it forced me to get a subscription which costs R50/month in order to keep using the service. This makes it extremely frustrating to still have adds at the bottom of the screen. The barcode scanner is very difficult to use, you have to hold your phone at just the right angle and distance for it to work. When you scan a barcode you cannot access the file number without opening the pdf of the result.

When I downloaded this app it forced me to get a subscription which costs R50/month in order to keep using the service. Firstly, horrible decision to remove the box in which we could align our stickers for scanning, the new open scan is much less efficient Ever since NHLS went done - yes it’s not your fault, this app has been almost as slow as trakcare itself On top of that we now pay for the app, can’t beat capitalism, but why if i am paying for it am i still seeing the irritating advertisements on the bottom, surely the app can be faster without those, they are always there refreshing while i still wait for my results to load.DISSATISFIED

Works so efficiently and it’s free!Trends results which you can save as pdf / print. It doesn’t allow for discrete barcode capture yet, but that honestly doesn’t take away from the app imho.
