An unusable waste of time and effort
In 2022 I still have to specify which store is closest to me, after I’ve already given the app my address and location. Even then I can’t order because the app won’t letting me just pick a location. It’s an almost comically unusable app, with a really bad user interface.
Great but bad UI
Love the app, love Andiccio24
The interface is buggy and confusing and the time estimate for collecting at stores needs to be addressed. Says “within 30 minutes” but arrived 30 mins after I placed my order and the pizza hadn’t even been put together yet. (2am and not busy)
Notifications should be added to let us know when our pizza has at least been finished.
Otherwise Andiccio24 is the best pizzeria in South Africa. No others can even try competing.

Horrible UX
If you place an order, just hope that they get it, cause sometimes they do, and other times it disappears from the app. You’d know about this if there were any order updates, but there aren’t. The difficult menus and tiny buttons making navigating a nightmare. Just phone the branch and place your order, it’s so much easier.
