App collapses
It has been a full week without the proper operation of the App - it started as not being able to see the credit information now one is not able to open the app at all - have deleted & reloaded the App a few times but problems persists
Frustrating
I’m experiencing endless problems with the app that doesn’t open. Which result in me deleting and downloading every time I need to utilise it. Please assist.
Inaccurate
The only good thing about this app is placing orders, the other functions are useless, the credit available is always inaccurate, doesn’t update fast enough after payments, gives me enormous over due amounts, I have to call cic just to check if I owe anything or the total credit available before placing an order, on weekends I get a message saying I need to order via cic when I call cic they tell me order on the app
