This change ensures that very low-value transactions—which banks do not settle—are handled correctly, helping you avoid unexpected settlement issues. What’s New Prepaid You can now top up your Prepaid Balance using your card sales. This top-up method is free and helps you keep selling prepaid without needing an EFT or ATM deposit. Enter the top-up amount and confirm with an OTP Funds are added once your sales settle (usually the next day) If your sales are lower than the requested amount, we will top up the amount available Weekend and public holiday requests may take longer
