Life changing app

Since using iKhokha my life has changed. My business is making more money than ever because people can now pay with a card. I am also making some extra moola using Vend as my side hustle where I can sell airtime and electricity to my customers for a reward! Well done guys. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next.

Unprofessional onboarding team

Bought the machine on Friday, I explained before paying that I need the system to work by Sunday due to an event we where hosting, they said it would be possible, I sent all needed docs and sent emails, nothing, on Saturday I most probably called more than 10 times, spoke to someone who sent an email saying she would fast track my staff, she sent the email, but never responded to any email I sent, she never called back no matter how many times I called begging to talk to her.

Sunday I called again, had someone assisting, who understood my frustration, but needless to say, it’s Tuesday afternoon and this thing still doesn’t work, should have gone with the other providers. Really not impressed.

Easy as Pie

iKhokha has literally helped my business so much. The app is so easy to use and has everything a business owner needs to accept payments. The set up was so easy, staff super friendly and an all round amazing experience. Keep it up guys ! Really impressed ✨✨✨
