Ratings and Reviews
Instant payment
I have no problem with app, however the instant payment option is the pits. It says on the app between 5am and 22pm you can use the option but then I tried to transfer money for patrol to someone around pass 5 am and the option was still not available. You should either get a cash send option or let the instant payment be available at the time it states on the app.
Struggling to register on the app
I opened a new account at the branch, after downloading the application, I’ve tried several times to register on the App, I complete all the necessary information, but never receives the message it talks about, except the notification saying that there is an attempt to log in to my account, when I respond to the USSD, “reply with 1 or 9) it says “Processing abort” and give me a DISMISS option. This is so frustrating as I’ve also tried with many other wifi connections, but this is their own server issues, not mine, it seems. 🥴
Love the upgrade, not My Accounts tab
I love the upgrade but My Accounts tab is too busy, it’s a little confusing to navigate. Create a tab for “Offfers” and put all the other other products that I don’t have (draft, investment, loan, credit card and insurance) in there instead of having links on MyAccounts, it’s distracting and untidy. I just want to see my current stuff on My Accounts tab.
