Excellent!!!!
I had a great experience with luno, not only can you easily buy bitcoin and ethereum through their platform - they support crypto currency conversion to ZAR at very low transaction cost, difficult to find a place online supporting South Africa and ones you do find charge massive fees. The last few days bitcoin dropped a lot, and with that comes opportunity to buy BTC at low prices - and even with the influx I would assume luno had to deal with I appreciate the customer service ensuring they release the fees into my luno wallet to respond to market change, (deposited money Friday morning, before weekend and Christmas, next morning it was available) excellent!!! Thank you

Best user experience ever!
This is the most simplistic UI out there. Exchanging from ZAR to BTC/ETH is seamless.
I must note that you should read carefully as there is a vast difference by using the immediate pay-out function as upposed to the order book selling function (amount of transaction fees) Luno will take by using these. This seems to disappoint most people, although they just needed to read abit more.
Bottom line is, if you are an amateur with these sort of trading you might end up losing money and blaming the app developer as result. Do your own homework before investing alot of money!!!
For me, this works absolutely awesome & made my money in no time!
I have but two suggestions:
*I would suggest that there is clearer term or how to’s for the noobs so that they can also reap the benefits.
*ETH exchange platform to view the trading figures as BTC does. (Day week month year). Options/integration on the order book function for ETH aswell.

Warning. You might never get your cash back!!
I bought my bitcoins a while back and have been using the Luno App for quite a while, until one day I could not log in. Without my permission the App suddenly demanded 2 tier authentication. I am locked out with no ability to unlock my own account. So I have not been able to buy or sell my bitcoins for months. Sent every type of call for help from Luno. No reply and even though I log a problem on their system all I receive is one service ticket after another ticket. Luno opens a ticket and then closes it without any action. I have deposited tens of thousands of Rands and cannot trade or withdraw? There is no help line or website to escalate to, so would you trust Luno? A YEAR LATER and Luno still has by money. Useless service, questionable business ethics (owned by Marcus Swanepoel?...) and an App that seems to have its own rules, when it suits Luno?
