Introducing 'Blokkiesraaisel Woordeboek' - the quickest, easiest way to find answers to Afrikaans crossword puzzles on your iPhone or iPad.
This App is more than 12 years on the App Store.
With over >210 750 unique clues (>561 261 combinations) and 5 different search methods, finding the correct answer has just become so much faster and easier than paging and squinting through pages in a physical book.
The 4 search methods allow you to look for an answer by:
- Using the clue provided;
- Looking through groups of answers such as chemical elements or abbreviations;
- Looking at different answer lengths; and
- Entering the characters you already have to find words that will fit into the space provided.
You can also now enter random letters and get all the words (Anagram) that contain these letters. Useful for those last questions that many crossword puzzles now contain.
Disclaimer: This App does not have ALL the Clues and Answers available, todate this App has about 80-90% of combinations. You can assist me by adding new clues/answers, then email it to me.

Bietjie iriterend dat as jy die volgende woord wil in tik jy eers moet "touch" om die kruisie te kry om die "field " te kan "clear" sodat jy kan begin tik 🤔aan die volgende woord, sit asb n CLEAR knoppie in of maak dat die "FIELD" automaties skoonmaak wanneer jy die volgende woord wil begin tik😉
As jy n nuwe woord soek spring die antwoorde nie weer na die eerste/ boonste woord nie jy moet dan op scroll om van bo te kan begin, dit is iets basies 🤔
Sal ook nogal oulik wees as die resultate kan gesorteer word op of alfabeties, of op woordlengte( hoev karakters) sodat jy sommer vinnig kan scroll tot by die woorde wat 5 of 3 of 10 ens letters het i.p.v. om te kies : woorde wat 3/5/10 of 12 letters lank is ( dit is vinniger om af te scroll tot by die hoev letters as om te gaan kliek jy soek woorde van .... soverl letters lank

Die app werk baie lekker, maar as dit besluit om te staak,dan moet mens alles van vooraf oplaai.

Works well
I have never had the patience to undertake all the processes that are needed to complete a crossword puzzle, so I have never built up an instinct. Now I can complete a crossword puzzle in AFRIKAANS! That must count for something.
It almost feels like cheating.
