I love it

I been using this app since June about 75% diligent and I have gone down from 72kg to 64kg, when you actually stick to the week ahead the results are amazing. Just for that week. Eat good hearty meals during your fasting period.

The first month was challenging as I was snacking with sugar yet once you get into rhythm it’s just soooo amazing your body adjust accordingly , I have 2 to 3 good meals.

What I enjoy is you can enjoy this app without ever purchasing anything, I love the weight tracker as it shows steady slow progress. Now I have my last 4kg till my goal is reached since June. If all goes accordingly by February I should be at my goal weight. 12kg In 7/8 months

Amazing

It’s a good app for people who don’t have self control. Cause it keeps you on track. If you follow your fasting plan. It will really work , but 1st start small and then build your body to fast longer

Fasting is unhealthy and ineffective

The app misleads the user in thinking that fasting is a healthy way to lose weight. It is neither healthy nor will it help you to lose weight. No dietitian nor doctor will ever recommend fasting for a healthy lifestyle.

Why?:
When you severely limit calories, your body senses this shortage of fuel and slows down its functioning to conserve energy. Instead of boosting your metabolism, you may experience a suppression of your resting metabolism equal to as much as 20 percent. Your resting metabolism is based on the energy your body uses to fuel basic functions, such as pumping blood and breathing. These activities don't stop, your body just becomes more efficient and burns fewer calories to do them than it would when adequately fed.

How to really lose weight?:
Don’t try to lose weight. Try to eat healthy and wholesome meals and exercise. This will also make you happier.

Intermittent fasting is as old as mankind itself. Our ancestors were able to withstand long and frequent periods without food. With intermittent fasting we therefore live by our natural body clock. There are numerous positive effects coming with it: weight loss, improved well-being and health through detoxing and cell repair.
