Ratings and Reviews
App does not work
I’ve tried multiple times just to activate my account but I can’t get past the OTP section. I’ve typed my number in numerous times but no OTP was sent. Can’t even log a complaint, create a profile for myself or my pet. The app is a great idea and I love the reward system. But, unfortunately, that is of no use if the app doesn’t work.
OTP Never received!
Can’t create an account! Tried my cellphone number and my husbands number and no OTP gets sent!!! This is pretty useless! No point in creating an App that doesn’t work.
App problems
Downloaded app. Can’t even complete customer details. Just ‘error’ message again and again
